Stretching is an exercise that should be done every day. Stretching is somewhat like
Yoga... and provides similar benefits to Yoga... however,
basic stretching is much easier/quicker to learn.
Stretching provides body tension/stress relief, which
can reduce frequency of headaches, and also lessens the
chance of injury during sporting activities.
Regular stretching generally makes your body feel more
comfortable to live in.
There are many different stretching exercises... and I'll
show some of my stretching exercises below...
