Fitness - Martial Arts...

         

The Martial Arts is my favorite sport... and while the Martial Arts does initially require a fair amount of time to learn... once learned, you can enjoy it's benefits forever.

A big benefit of the Martial Arts is; you can practice it virtually anywhere and anytime, and for virtually no cost... unlike most other sports that require other participants, and expensive equipment.

The Martial Arts can teach you so much, such as; patience, discipline, strength, co-oridination, flexibility, self-defense, confidence, healing, and more.
