Diet Plan...

         

In my diet plan... I try to keep it as simple as possible...

The first thing you need to do for your diet in the morning is make your fresh juice... and only make enough juice for a 1 day supply...

Time Food
Early Morning 1 glass fresh juice.
Morning 1 glass fresh juice, and 1 oat bar, or 1 serving Trail Mix.
Mid Morning 1 glass fresh juice.
Lunch 1 glass fresh juice, and 1 serving of fresh vegetables, or 1 serving Trail Mix.
Mid Afternoon 1 glass fresh juice.
Dinner 1 glass fresh juice, and 1 serving of fresh vegetables, and 1 serving of fish.
Early Evening 1 glass fresh juice
Late Evening 1 glass fresh juice

This diet plan will vary... depending on your size and the extent of your physical activities during the day... for example;

If your a 225 lb. Construction Worker, you may want to have 2 Oat Bars (or 2 servings of Trail Mix) in the morning (instead of 1), and you may also want to add in a serving of fish during lunch, and possibly a Oat Bar or serving of Trail Mix during mid-afternoon.

If your a 125 lb. office worker, you may find that you don't need a serving of Vegetables or Trail Mix during lunch, and you may also find your able to skip a couple glasses of juice during the day.
